Salary hike / promotion is poor. They Will not retain you if you have offer from outside. In each service based companies you are like a resource.

Job security, allocation support, self centeredness of HR and talent match team. No one to deploy people to new assignments, support or guide for new assignments. Lack of support or help from management. Distribution of work is not good. Favoritism, not focussed on employee's profile and growth.
