If you get a good manager your life will be set. If you get someone like mine then you will leave the organization as soon as possible.

Salary is too much less. If you are retiring then join here you will get work satisfaction because at that tym you don't have the drive to learn new skills, challenge yourself every day. You have lived your life and now TCS will work as your holiday home.
