Work Life Balance is very good, but then again depends on your team and reporting heads. You can learn a lot of things if you really want to, especially if you are posted in greenfield plants. Benefits are always something to look after Job Security is the best amongst any industry Higher Management is easily accessible,atleast from what I have seen and encountered.

Dislikes

Salary compensation, it's worst. The CTC they give are bloated to the top Appraisal is very minimal, even if the rating is high You can find people with a very orthodox mentality, so gelling up becomes difficult, especially if you had to work with them. HR policies are good enough, but HRs are/acts(?) very dumb sometimes even after qualifying from top grade B-schools.

Emergency response is always on time, Our BH always responds to emergency crises.

Only salary not on time and our recruitment system is not good.

Management does not interfere on day to day tasks. No micro management. Flexible environment.

Salary hike is very less if you stay in the company

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...gement is transperant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
