...s a unbeatable pain for all of us. Difficult to balance family and job together. Expected Salary, deserving promotion and job security is not as expected.

Benifit and salary structure is good for ne comer, who switches from another company or GET,PGET.

Culture implementation at site level is not upto the mark what top management shows in upper level. Management now doesn't support in lower level or site management because of much digital implementation system.

Salary time se aati hai, duty time hard hai. Food acha milta hai, kisi kisi site pe food quality achi nahi hai. Staff ko site pe hi room bana ke dete hai. PM ,AGM ko be site pe hi rahna hai. VP,GM level ke person staff ko Galli galoch dete hai. Any time resignation mang lete hai. Gujrat me mahool acha nahi hota. Gujrati staff ko coperate kerte hai. Sunday off le sakte ho

Increment timely nahi hai. Site pe room bana ke rakhti hai. Job security nahi hai. Kaam khatam hote hi staff ko hata deti hai

Timely salary,bonous. Also they paid balance paid leaves and comp off to employees.

Politics in management. Site Employees are harassed and mentally disturbed due to HOD's harassment/pressure and then quit the job. No of site level hod's taking contractor side and torcher/pressurize employees regarding work front,speed of work. Casual approach towards site safety, labours safety. No on take responsibility. Only says this is not in my scope. Never give any decision on actual site location by HOD.
