It was a pleasure working with ttec. Work environment was quite friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Increment and salary package is major concern, that's main reason people leave ttec though they love ttec a lot. Another is leave policy, sometimes difficult getting leaves when required, not aligned with HR policy.

On time salary, cab facilities, fun activities, learnings, leaves, etc overall my company is best place to work.. I am missing my company.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.

Good for freshers to start their career in MNC... Don't expect high salary package... Service is good.. both side Cab facilities provided .... Over all average rating in domestic level.

No schedule for work, begging for leaves and no promotion. They will promote as auxillary trainer Tl of sme but its not paid and you will work likes donkeys for 12-14 hours with same money
