IQVIA offers a very good work life balance. Other than that, the culture depends on the project and its team. Overall nice experience.

The appraisal cycle. Its the manager who would send the mail with revision letter and the variable pay. It could have been a more structured way where the organisation have a specific model that manages with the salary revision cycle

If you get a good project, then it's best to company to work for (Salary would be as per industry standards (better compared to other service based companies)). A great to place start their career for freshers.

They just want work to get done. So as long as I worked as expected no one bothered me for anything. Even I don't expect anything more than that.

...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

Cognizant used to be great company earlier, but due to recent layoffs and delay in hikes and appraisals, inadequate number of projects has been ruining the company. People are sitting on bench for months hunting for projects and one fine day HR calls and they are laid off. Cognizant's transparency and smooth processing was the only thing I liked but that is also ruined now.
