HR Team is WORST in UltraTech, The only people can help you and make you survive are your managers and their managers, HR Policies are good, but HR Team is not at all good, They will never come to you and ask you about your professional life, they will never come and see if you are happy working and if you are loving the work you are doing or not, My experience was WORST, I don't even know the hierarchy of the HR Department and there is no inductions on HR Team and they will not explain you anything about policies and the benefits. Apart from HR Team, UltraTech is an amazing company.

Given Work from Home until August (may extend looking further situation). Always on time salary without any deductions. Glad to be a part of such company which values its people the most

monotonous work, learning is something which lacks and should be make available. appraisals & increments are a bit lower as compared to market.
