The bank provides very good facilities to its employees. Arranges training from time to time and also arranges motivational programs for good productivity.

...d ethics. Also check my past record. There is no respect for old employees here. Neither promotion comes on time nor salary is increased.

I have been with ICICI bank from last 2 years and can truly say the job security, Salary credit and the culture here is far better than other banks.

It doesn't matter if you are working more or less as the appraisal here is fixed. No work from home option available here.

Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Salary & Position growth is not available in organization, it is same here at other corporate.

...sistant Manager. Never have I seen any thing like this. Favourism in appraisals. Was hired as Virtual RM on salary slip and without consent or discussion was changed to Customer service executive.

No option of growth and salary hike percentage is very very low, salary is very low, too much work pressure according to salary. Overall too much work pressure, salary is very low as per 7 years of experience. No major promotion. Salary and promotion is not justified.
