Salary compensation and appraisal criteria are the worst in these MNCs and they want their employees to WFO in this low package.

Good development centre and projects. Great facilities on campus. Good work place with job securityand good work life balance

The main issue is that receiving a low or no pay raise creates a difficult financial situation and prevents achieving stability.

Salary compensation is good compared to other service based company. No problems in getting leaves . Job security is also good if any project goes from them and you are good at your skills they will shift to another projects rather than putting in bench.

Work life balance is worst , learning opportunity is limited.

Cognizant used to be great company earlier, but due to recent layoffs and delay in hikes and appraisals, inadequate number of projects has been ruining the company. People are sitting on bench for months hunting for projects and one fine day HR calls and they are laid off. Cognizant's transparency and smooth processing was the only thing I liked but that is also ruined now.

There should be better salary and hikes. Lack of projects
