Internal politics - 4-5 people ps similar caste is ruling the entire team and mould them as per their requirement. Minimal salary hike 5%. They have 3 year strategy in first year they will get 5% hike, second year they will get 10-12% then in 3rd year they make them greed for promotion. After observing the culture candidate resigns and they will not retain them. Again new candidate is hired with same. Their salary bracket is 40-75 max. If you are in good books senior management will be happy with you and talk as well but salary hike is minimal.

If you need good appraisal you need buttering to you manager..BBS, OBSERVATION, & NEAR MISS giving in every month is compulsory, we create fake near miss or observation infact BBS to complete our compulsory target, that is major headache. I given my 100% i got no increment and manage say's What did you do special for company? You did only you job responsibilities, how can a manager says like this. I performed the job responsibilities well due to which there was no problem in the company whole year.

Standard accomodation facilities for employees not available being a remote location. Empowerment is less to employees. Senior Management Team is very poor. Management is bious in each and every aspect. Nobody cares about lateral hires all focous is to please GETs.

There is freedom to work. You get to learn a lot.

Dislikes

Salary increments are not given on time. HR team is not cooperative. There are very few opportunities for promotion. Even if it happens, there is no special benefit from it.

1. Discrimination in Salary for employees of same cadre 2. Proper planning required in the expansion process . 3 . No proper plan to accomodate all employees in township 4. Canteen facility is very poor .
