I'm been in internal bench for 2years.. without work, they paid full salary. Work culture is Totally depends on Manager. Some give full freedom and friendly nature. Some are like asking updates for every halfn hour.

Dislikes

No much learning Oppurtunities. If they hire for particular role, some HRs and Managers woun't allow to other projects if there is no projects on those skills.

Best place to start you career , very good training, Personal growth , lot of opportunities to learn new tool and technology. More learning opportunities.

Compare to market salary is low. And lot of politics even Infosys manager will do politics for hike and position.

Developement of skills, Good collegues.

Dislikes

Local variable bonus is Big Scam, No proper hierarchy of HR, No promotions from past 2 years, Random allocation of domain for freshers, Truley no one cares about you. PIP mode works perfectly here.

The environment is pretty good and gets to learn new things.Also workload is manageable.

Dislikes

...curity. Silent layoffs are done in a disrespectful way including good employees. Very low salary for employees. And mainly doesn't settles your remaining amount after your resignation.

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market
