...and QC doesn't easily let go of any employee. So, some people are enjoying Govt. job like job satisfaction with much better pay. HR needs to do a much better job in bringing the right talent to the hiring managers and also, in organising employee engagement activities.

Its great working experience at intel. Job security and work life balance is good. They handled layoffs very good.

Dislikes

They can do lot better with respect to stock grants and bonus component.

Lots of recognitions and appraisals. Bonus will be given immediately after done good job.

Mostly sustenance works. Very old code base. Code is little messy since lots of people have put their hands on the code.

The work culture and the quality of work you get is good. They give good compensation for best performers.

Lately because of management changes and new people joining there is lot of biasness.
