Based on project the work life balance will be and don't expect salary hikes if in case 5 percentage only ..no promotions and the job security good

No much Salary hikes and promotions, skill upgrade program also little

Likes

Wfh and advance salary options. They are given other benefits that boosts the moral of employees

Dislikes

Not 100% job security, if they focus on providing permanent job then there is no competition for Amazon

They maintain a healthy working environment most of the times.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals are not at all up to the mark. The recruiters are not even getting 50% of the salary according to the market value. Should provide cab services for the female employees atleast.

I have worked in many companies but this is one of the finest in many aspects. Such as Work Culture, Upper Management, Salary, Appraisal and Promotions, Support from Managers and most importantly growth. If you give your time and efforts to this company, your growth is certain.

There is literally nothing to dislike for me.

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market
