At times it was hard to handle the excessive pressure but was manageable. Also, to take leaves was really a tough job when it is genuinely needed and you have leave balance left.

Most projects in java are legacy based, some use new Technology. No salary hikes for past 2 yrs, Negotiate as high as possible before enter

Good company to work! Work life balance is good in most of the project.. comparatively better pay scale and growth! Cabs provided both side!!

Slowly management moving towards cost cutting and lot of cuts on employee benefits

...sistant Manager. Never have I seen any thing like this. Favourism in appraisals. Was hired as Virtual RM on salary slip and without consent or discussion was changed to Customer service executive.

Work environment differs from process to process but the work environment in my process is really very good. Both sides cab is also available aur some processes still office permanent work from home.

Dislikes

Incentives are low and also exl offers less package as compared to other companies in the industry like Accenture etc.
