I'm been in internal bench for 2years.. without work, they paid full salary. Work culture is Totally depends on Manager. Some give full freedom and friendly nature. Some are like asking updates for every halfn hour.

Dislikes

No much learning Oppurtunities. If they hire for particular role, some HRs and Managers woun't allow to other projects if there is no projects on those skills.

Likes

There is a good learning curve at the start as you get to work on large-scale projects and get familiar with good SDLC practices. The tech team can be very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Very slow progress and no recognition/promo. Low salary and no increments. WLB is horrible for many teams since 2024, you are expected to work 24*7 in need, if you try to take time of you will get calls from stakeholders

Its a great company to work for. The learning depends on the project you get. Company culture is good and work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes and promotions. Overall process is very slow. Opportunities are good but the exposure is limited.

Accenture is best but the people like at the manager level ain't that good. They try to con you by false promises by making you perform and when it's your promotion time they give excuses. So growth is not there. Many people go there coz it's name but inside its different than expected.

Dislikes

They hire mostly for contractor, even if they give you salary don't go as don't know after how much time you will get permanent. Coz contract person has no OT and benefits. Also the contract period is not counted in tenure. Think before you go.
