It's one of the best employees friendly company in noida. Working culture is great. Management are very linient towards employees. Cab services & food for people doing night shift are completely free.

...d Reviewing managers are extremely supportive. (If you end up in a good team) 3. On time salary & Job Security. 4. Awards activities happen every month. 5. Plenty of opportunities for manager roles as this is a manager making factory. 6. People culture is extremely nice. (if you have good people around you)

1. EMCE Dept. is a labor factory (Never stay here for more than 1 year because there is nothing to learn as every work is monotonous). 2. Pathetic higher Management and policies in favor to the company alone. (Targets are set by higher management based on excel sheet reports and not based on employee empathy and it is very awful) 3. HRs are puppets of the higher management. 4. Policies become extremely toxic after you put down your paper (Think well about the tortures before you join) 5. All policies are against the growth of the employee (3 months strict notice period, No Early release, No buyout option, No leaves trading, No timely promotions, and improper hikes) I got only 8% hike after getting 4.2 out of 5. 6. No early releases for the reasons like better career / Education/ Professional development / Personal reasons (the only way to escape this notice period is if YOU are willing to fall sick) 7. Words/Approvals from B & C-level managers are trashy. (Though they are extremely supportive, they do not have a proper voice against the higher management. They promised me a better hike and promotion in the next cycle, but they failed to keep their promises due to higher management's favoritism.) 8. B-level and C-level managers are great people in-person but they don't have any proper voice, They are just made to look like dummies by the higher management. All decisions related to even an A-level Trainee are also taken by the BU head. 9. Company culture is not upto the mark.

Great company for freshers with a friendly and supportive staff. Excellent training and positive work culture make it an ideal place to start a career.

I don't have an good experience with vsplash. No innovation and I worked with old technology which we couldn't improve skills.

Salary is very less when compared to work and hikes. And useless technologies and builder works.

Good job security, timely salary, you can get extra time for self learning depending on project, work life balance.

Career growth is really slow paced.
