The questions were mainly related to Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Processes (Detailed discussion and deliberation), Past and current role based questions and few situation based questions (If, then how), Metrics, Projects and Initiatives taken, your contribution and its outcome, Future aspirations and what is the plan.

Whatever tasks done and whichever way impmented, explain and articulate well. If you know your role better and had a handson experience, you will be able to answer all the particulars mentioned in the question. If not clear, you will fumble.

Employees were calmed down and sent back to work by HR Staff.

He asked many questions to me. 1.Tell me about yourself? 2.Why should we hire you ? 3.What is the team size you are handling? 4.Why 1 x 1 with associates is required? 5.Did you ever face any conflict in team members? 6.He geve one practical situation, how will I manage work, If associate take emergency leave on high volume day. 7.If your associate friend called and informed that your associate is hospitalized and disconnected the call and then no contact, you have called on associate emergency number and his parents have picked up the phone. So will you inform them about the situation???

Q1. Interviewer was impatience and very egoistic. He was not at all empathetic rather busy in showing off his 30 years of experiences. Which is irrelevant for any candidate. Seems very funny and waste of time and energy. Can't expect such a rude and impolite behaviour from a senior person of any organisation.
