The team leader was hilarious and pathetic she is so toxic she was doing partiality between all the favorable employees and the new joiners you have to work 11 hr. Per day they don't even provide you the sunday off but everything is acceptable apart from the Manager and Team leader behaviour. worst TL i have ever seen in my life they forced me to quit the job

Dislikes

You are overburdened with work and managers and senior managers humiliate you , and they don't understand you or understand your problems and issues they just want your targets to be met, no recognition, no motivation. It's like you have to work all the days of the week. Not good for non workaholic people. Non inviting atmosphere. You have to work over time even if your cab gets missed.

Hi I enjoyed working at 99acres because of its transparent & employee friendly work environment. I also liked the management & colleagues. Incentives were also pretty good

Dislikes

I disliked few things such as, Remuneration, Growth, unrealistic targets at times. Although it was so called 5 days working environment however, managers used to inform us to report on Saturday as well, inspite of knowing the fact it’s not going to be a productive day ( niether clients used to make any payment nor discuss anything ) so it not really any better for work life balance.

Work Details

Well honestly I had a pretty good time, since it was my first job, I still say good things about it because I really liked the culture. The kind of support and appreciation I got each time for my work has helped me a lot boost my confidence & performance
