There is a huge disparity between work allotted among team members. Those who perform well are given so much work that they are forced to quit in a while. As a freelancer, I liked that there were never salary delays. Whenever, I raised my invoice, It was cleared within 15 days.

Dislikes

The manager was mannerless, she does not know how to talk to their subordinates. There were numerous encounters where she used sarcasm without any reason. She thinks she is very clever but she is not. She forgets that we freelancers understand tactics well. I found her self-centered, inconsiderate, rude, and highly disrespectful.
