Aakash provide everything on time like salary, expenses, appraisal, training for skill development, innovation through corporate. Aakash is a good organisation. Work - life balance not much good if you are working in sales because of you can't take weekly off without seniors permission. There are several things not good which are created by some middle order seniors .

Dislikes

Teammates are equally good. Corporate office provide a lot of training to the employees which is beneficial. Job is not secure in Aakash even you are performer due to branch level politics. Branch level seniors always justify themselves through complaining of juniors and others. Branch level seniors always blackmail to juniors, I will complain and your job will lost. Sales person always afraid his job is insecure due to unnecessary work presser of seniors. Even he afraid to take his weekly off. Always cold war between BM & Sales Team Leader that's why team suffers a lot. Most of the time they create surprise meeting even a team member working 60 K.M. far from branch.

Work

Work is very much exiting & interesting. It was a great experience with Aakash and I did learn so many things from there like how to counsel a assembly etc. Everyday meet with new people. I did gently work but schedule was very much hectic.

You need to improve every think respect J.C chaudhary sir. now Aakash is a big brand and growing well.but still there is duffer type of candidate available on senior post like marketing department is first. This type of peoples can not read the mail how they can drive, push the business they always seating in office and give the illogical advice to junior.
If you ask about the name I can tell you and with proof.plz this is my suggestion my humble request to you plz observe this type of senior candidate and take the action immediately.

As per career growth, job security and salary, it is a very good place to work

Dislikes

In terms of work environment, it is not a good place at all. There is so much politics and even your senior managers are doing politics and one more thing which I don't like is that most of the heads or academic head are from biology background, so they always take decisions which benefits biology faculty not anyone else.

Work

You will like the work only when the internal environment is free from any politics or groups. This generally happens in big centers like New Delhi

Few people in the organisation in Mumbai are ver co-operative.

Dislikes

The company lacks co-ordination among inter departments, as a result a centre head is pressurised on odd hours. There are no week-offs for a centre head since the office is open 7 days & even on the week off there are meetings & phone calls throughout. There is no job security & proper appraisal system.

Work

Extremely challenging as a centre head, since all departments contact centre head all the time & have different expectations. Work is hectic & no week-offs. No appreciation for phenomenal work done.

For a counselor's job never try Aakash Institute Faridabad centre. It is horrible as far as the employees are concerned. A couselor is treated like she has really zero self respect. The people at the higher positions are hardly gradauted and they prefer people who are ready to become a slave for them rather than having talents that can actually improve the institute.
DO NOT EVEN TRY THE FARIDABAD CENTRE.

Dislikes

The culture is highly disgusting cz of employees from backward areas with narrow minded approach .Employees even lack necessary qualification

I was working at Aakash from December 2009 to November 2017 under guidance of Sj. Ajay Bahadur Singh (Director of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Nagpur, Preet Vihar centre). Work Culture at Aakash is a little orthodox yet very positive. People in the management body are very nice and cooperative and reward you at the right time with appreciation as well as otherwise.

Dislikes

There is no on-job training for freshers.

Company gives very good appraisal but only if you lobbying your seniors otherwise your hard work will pay off nothing.

Dislikes

Job sercuity is zero, even after your confirmation you can be fired or transferred at any time and without any reason, forget about your personal life, full of politics as company owners and HR trust on BM and ADs who are corrupt to the most so think twice to join this company.
