Dislikes

No new things to learn. Very long and tedious 12-14 hrs shifts on special events or weekends. No scope of promotion. Very low salary. Politics is ruining the mental peace of employees. Restrictions from security dept.

Job Security is good but carrer growth is not good. Salaries are not good. Appraisals problem. and lot of politics doing by Higher Management.
