Delay in everything ..salary date not fixed, pf account created but amount not credited ,

Growth is slow, won't get salary on time, notice period is for 90 days, experience certificate you will get after 8-12 months(won't get easily).hr behaviour is rude ,they won't bother for anything whatever happens .

Do not waste any employee their time and skills in Sarav soft. One of the cheap company in IT. Useless company.

No management skill, no value at client site. It has only one client I.e SBI. Very very terrible experience. Salary issues are there too.
