Overall things are little bit good, but it is not so good that you will go in the company where your past experience & knowledge vanished

Company policy is very bad when you left the company, either you have to complete 3 month notice period or submit 3 month salary, inspite of this either you do 3 month notice period or do 3 months salary they will harassed you too much for giving experience letter, no where in the company policy it is written that you have to pay 3 month salary for not completing the 3 months notice period but they will demand for three month salary, due to some problem or due to any circumstances if you are ready to pay 3 months salary ,inspite of this they will harassed you too much by not providing acount details where you will pay, after a lot of request if they provide you account details then again harassed you for confirmation from account that you have paid the 3 months salary then they will again harassed you for issuing experience letter. If you go to this company then all the door of getting early joining into any other good company like PSU where they demand current company experience letter that will closed for you. You will face a lot of problem for getting experience letter after completing all the procedure like either serving 3 months notice period or giving 3 months salary. I will not suggest any one to go into such a worst organisation where they think employees are only for their use that is when they want to terminate them they will transfer you very frequently from one place to another and in such situation you like quite the job and if you will quit the job they will ask you to follow the procedure and when you will follow the procedure you will get in trapped. How much I frustrated from the police of this company you may conclude that i am trying to go labour court to raise this issue because as per labour law you can't make slave to an employee. As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

In the Morning coordinator will call you and they will order them to go to site for clicking photo or visit railway bridges to count span etc. Coordinator doesn't know how to keep records and data safely for future use, they will ask to do same job for 3-4 times a month. Company don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.
