It's a great privilege to share a few thoughts on my own when I was at Site Engineer at Major Bridge Ch 34+(IKTR Project).The work culture,staff, management, senior officer are very much cooperative in any field regarding than the given project i.e to the work site around the neighborhood in any condition helping the nearby to theirnecessity. You can learn so many things at site by your own.

Company put all his relatives on every site and they are doing too much corruption on site. No time of salary. Non technical person are more at site who are ruling at site.
