Management means the proprietor of the company. His decision is final. No democracy in the management body. No job security at all. In 2020 almost 600 permanent employees had been saced with a minimum compensation like begger. I am one of the 600 employees. The reason for chatai was covid 19. Company politics are dangerous like poisionous snake. ABP is running completely on WFH basis, which is only positive thing. They fired most of the employees this year under pandemic situation. No job security, no encouragement.

Dislikes

First of all no job security. ABP fires people who dedicated their career in abp for more than 15/ 20 years. Always frightening remaining employees and compel them to work all 7 days a week. No new learning skill, no increments over the years, no growth, no job security and no encouragement to the employees. It is a terrible organization.
