The HR policies are robust, however HR folks are puppets of project mgrs., DU Leads, MDs are the one's who play the strings actually and HR team dance on their signs. People when hired are of good IQ & EQ, but they will become sluggish(in every aspect) over the time because of twisted environment here.

Dislikes

The appraisal/moderation discussions are totally biased and basis only on how well you are connected to your supervisor, politics is high time. People been put on PIP and not even given the fair chance of clearing the PIP goals(as PIP goals are explicitly set so difficult that even thesupervisor would not be able to pass it) Job security is zero actually, people are being used like commodities there.....Read More

At Accenture , Learning was good if you are in good project. Also there are multiple opportunities if you want to get certified or upskilled

Dislikes

In Accenture most of the areas are lead by stupid managers, who are with Accenture from long time and they are exploiting the company. No Appraisal from last 2years.

Accenture is best but the people like at the manager level ain't that good. They try to con you by false promises by making you perform and when it's your promotion time they give excuses. So growth is not there. Many people go there coz it's name but inside its different than expected....Read More

Dislikes

They hire mostly for contractor, even if they give you salary don't go as don't know after how much time you will get permanent. Coz contract person has no OT and benefits. Also the contract period is not counted in tenure. Think before you go.

The culture is over all good, but it really depends on what team and manger you get. It's honesty, a luck game most of the times. But! The best part is that the company offers so many leaning opportunities, free courses, and certifications.
