The work culture is great, loads of perks and benefits and a pleasing environment to work in.

Dislikes

Level movements takes ages cause the competition is tough with many people being stuck on the same level. Hence growth remains stagnant but salary increases of course.

The team which I was part of had more managers then developers the team had constant habit of adding new trackers instead of working on the actual work. More than 40% of the time actually went in meetings and tracker update. Accenture has a good reputation but didn’t it didn’t made it up to the mark.
