How to gain confidence to attend interviews?
I'm a full-stack developer with over 5 years of experience, working with Spring boot, React, Angular, microservices, Kafka, and RabbitMQ in a service-based company. While I have solid hands-on experience, I sometimes feel conscious during interviews and struggle to convey my knowledge confidently. Given how vast the coding field is and that it's impossible to remember everything, how can I build real confidence and present myself more effectively in interviews?

Dislikes: So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.
