As an Accenturite, you get various opportunities to pursue your career in the field that excites you. Great working environment. I believe there is no better company than Accenture where you can feel secured about your job..

Dislikes

Salary growth is not as per the expectations. Being such a gigantic organization, its difficult to find a good manager/supervisor.

The work culture is amazing. You won't find yourself doing monotonous work instead you will love the dynamic work culture that Accenture follows .

Dislikes

Somehow I think and it's my personal opinion that the management within Accenture interactive is not so creative and they stick to show off / show casing the "changing of lightbulb" theory a lot. Surprisingly it works :) and the other thing is "Trust". Managers don't trust their employees, they only trust the close ones.
