Salary hike and promotion are not so good at mid level. It takes so much time to get promote and not getting any hike in last two years. No extra benefit after working for long hours. Guys can join accenture who wants job security

Terrible company. Managemenr wilm not corporate with u. They will force u to work in every weekend. Will say in project you have to work on weekends. So what's the policy of weekend then. They will raise PIP. They are PIP raising experts. Worst company. No job security

Worst management that ever experienced. Manager specially of Airoli Mumbai Tax Team is very worst, lots of micro management even top management and HR knows about it but no such action taken. Due to her worst behaviour whole SALT team has resigned. I personally advised if any one joining make sure that Sneha Poddar is not there, if she is there then don't join.
