Few of the People leads and the managers in the project aren't good, gives falls promises to their team members and if an employee is sick can't continue with the work or need a relieve from the company, in these cases won't get any kind of support and end of the day an employee has to buy the notice.

Level movements takes ages cause the competition is tough with many people being stuck on the same level. Hence growth remains stagnant but salary increases of course.

After some point you will not get an appraisal/promotion automatically. Even if you are eligible then also. They only give a promotion of they have slot open after someone moved to higher position.

The HR policies are robust, however HR folks are puppets of project mgrs., DU Leads, MDs are the one's who play the strings actually and HR team dance on their signs. People when hired are of good IQ & EQ, but they will become sluggish(in every aspect) over the time because of twisted environment here.

The appraisal/moderation discussions are totally biased and basis only on how well you are connected to your supervisor, politics is high time. People been put on PIP and not even given the fair chance of clearing the PIP goals(as PIP goals are explicitly set so difficult that even the supervisor would not be able to pass it) Job security is zero actually, people are being used like commodities there.....Read More

Almost everything! Toxic work culture, casteism among managers and resources, poor technology (they consider to be tech giant), no hike and promotion, favouritism on top, pethetic managers, god knows why the brand name is still there. One should never go by the brand name.

Sahil sood wont let me resign and buy out even though it is against the policy, the management in Verizon process in gurugram is so toxic that you have to beg them to let you go. Sahil sood should not be given a micro business to run however here he is handling one of the telecom giants

Management is extremely toxic. There is no hike within the company since last 2 years. No WLB. Sick leaves depend on state your office is in. For West Bengal, it follows state policy. For everything, you have to beg the management. Even for returning the laptop on LWD you have to constantly ask your manager to approve your laptop submission request. New projects that Accenture is getting are not good. The quality is gone. Earlier Accenture used to at the top of all service based companies in terms of employee satisfaction but the management has made the environment extremely toxic.
