Diversity culture. In the name of diversity they only promote female employees every year even though female employees doesn't have enough experience as compared to make employees in the project. Male employees suffer a lot due to this.

Work life balance and respect for the individual is the great thing we follow here. Everyone is heard. You will never feel wrongly judged or any kind of demeaning politics inside teams.

From last 2 years no appraisal hike happening, which is why current salary not matching market value, people are frustrated and leaving company. Even the variable pay also didn't happen as per outcome.

Accenture provides an excellent learning environment with opportunities to work on diverse projects. The work culture is collaborative, and leadership is very supportive.

While my overall experience at Accenture was positive, I encountered challenges during the contract closure process. Unfortunately, I felt management and team leads was not supportive as I had hoped, and there was sense of pressure during the transition, which impacted the otherwise positive experience.

Work from home tension nhi politics dekhne ka har roz

No holiday for high performers, no hike for 2 months 1%~ 5%, sudden change in promotion cycle to June from quarterly basis, no work life balance, buttering to manager and director will get you brownie points and Paisa woh bhi nhi mila kisi kisi ko bcz manager ko hi bahar kardiya client ne but new manager bhi waise hi hai. Pura club manager and upper management ka hai Accenture mai.

Policies too much favouring women empowerment. I feel it’s a model a like caste reservation system in India. Bootlickers will only get promotions. Managers and DLs decide about hikes and promotions regardless of performance. There is no system for measuring your true performance.
