There is no job guarantee.. they are facing huge loss. Company is in debt.. Huge revenue client was very much disappointed of the services they got, partial process moved to omega.. TL and managers are worst, they don't care about employees, they will only think about themselves, there is no value for your work.. they will replace you as soon as possible if you have some issues with ur TL(Ranjith in dlf) he don't have any knowledge . The leaders are corrupted, always over thinking and cornering juniors. Career assassination and dirty politics is played and entertainment for few top leaders. Promoting they favourite players is common.

The Director named Sivagnanam, made my life miserable. He was the main reason my health got deteriorated and I had constant panic attacks. He is so biased, uncultured and micro manager. So many points 1. If your manager dissatisfied in one occasion of your work in a year like one in hundred. They will cancel your appraisal. You will not get appraisal for that whole year. And no leaves are permissable and you must work in holidays..no work life balance.
