Accutest team - the clinical and technical team are very good to work with. Their history is the selling point for business.

Dislikes

The culture and the HR team. The most pathetic team I have ever seen in my career. No empathy, no clarity and fake promises by the HR team specially Jeetendra Dhonde - Head of HR. The top management is not at all considerate and abuses the employees for their failures. Literal abuses.

From last year nothing likes

Dislikes

From last year incapable BAL head. Can't take decision on its own. Does not support own department colleagues. Forcing to work on holidays. Can't take a single leave. Delay in salaries forget about increment. Very low manpower . Hence work load on remaining employees. Very poor management. I think investor is in sleep mode. Don't hear bench level employees issues.
