Nothing to be like here, when your appraisal is nearby the senior person will come and say you are not doing good , you have to leave in one week. Whole year they dont even talk about performance but before one week of appraisal they ask you to leave.

Dislikes

Everything is dislike and irritating. Teams are managed by old person and they do not have life. So they think we also don't have any life so just do work and overtime in office and nothing else.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Too much politics at higher level, you get promoted only when the person above you gets a promotion. Most of the benefits given to people who are 15+ years old in organization or VP above. Middle management feels ignored.

I worked as a Consultant (Business Analyst) here, if you are somebody who has worked as a developer/tester in the initial 2 years and want to transition into a Business Analyst profile then this is a good company as very few companies would be willing to give you a BA profile with no prior BA experience. The hierarchy is flat so there is more ownership of your work and you can get client facing roles.However it depends on the project as well.There are some projects where most of the work is configuration based with limited scope for client facing opportunities or CRM solutioning. The product CRMNEXT is very good, it has some fantastic features and working here will give you the complete in dept knowledge of what a CRM does.Their onsite allowance given of 8000/month is good. The HR is unprofessional.HR policies arent transparent and they are known to mis inform candidates of the complete profile and project.One should be very careful with them when discussing your candidature. How the appraisals are decided is transparent. Two people with the same rating may get different appraisals.Most of the clients are Indian and if you come from a particular service based mindset you may find the whole process haphazard, however you also get more ownership for your job....Read More
