As a freshers my senior teammates and manager made sure i learn everything that they know off. From making sure that i understand not only the current company working requirements and learn them but to also learn new skills to improve my overall knowledge which is beneficial for my future career as well. They taught me the as humans we may not know everything and how even basic queries are necessary for requirement understanding and analysis. We should always be open to the possibility of not knowing everything but always be ready to learn them. The Trainee period is if 1 year which is very long. The company do not ship laptops and you either have to work with your own laptop or visit the company to get them yourself.

The work life is very good. But sometimes due to urgent projects and lot of work the work load increases and you have to work overtime somedays.
