The best part is the work culture & the environment. A very friendly atmosphere where learning & growing are the main focus. A lot of opportunities for domestic as well as international exposure. Permanent Work from home has been cancelled. This does increase productivity & team collaboration, but for people who transit daily over long distances, can be a bit hectic

Work life balance is not there because this organisation is small and most of the banking activities need to be done night , no compensation for night shifts and no compoff for your night shift . Work on weekend is very bad here .HR policy is also not upto mark . Otherwise everything is good
