People are very supportive. Whatever challenge you have, there is always someone who can show you a possible solution of the problem. You just need to find a right forum to raise the concern.

Dislikes

Management sometime treat employees in a biased way. Some benefits are permitted to some employees where as other don't get it even if they have genuine reasons.

Some team members can be demanding certain times. This is something very individual though and not a "CULTURE" of the organization.

If u like anxiety and depression and hate ur life then best organization for u. The HR also is another level here.

What is there to like? Horrible company both management n client. There is no personal life .. Work around the clock.. U will be forced to work on sat n sun as well on continuous basis with no comp off Or extra salary.. Even if you have bad health the vp will call u and make u attend really unnecessary meeting at 11 in night which will go till 2 in morning...
