It was very awesome journey with CRMNEXT and I always got the best opportunities in my CRMNEXT carrier. I learnt a lot of things from CRMNEXT. but there is pick point of technical learning.

There is no proper planning of projects so you can not balance your personal life with your work.If you are workaholic person so they will always wants you to do everything without analyzing bandwidth.

Personally my experience(as a Database Developer) with the company was not too bad, but there are a few things that one should keep in mind while joining the company: Technology: If you think you are going to work in cutting edge technology then this is not the place for you..you have to work with the current ongoing processes, and they usually opt that is free, they have licensing issues, they don't even you outlook or Microsoft word. Work life balance: This word doesn't exits here, management is so poor that they timely do not use any sort of wbs, requirement gathering is very poor..and in the end both of these will ruin your day..as being a developer you have to meet the deadlines and be prepared for the tons of rework Compensation/Appraisal: If management knows you then everything I ok, else take care Bhai f yourself Process: No process No version methodology used No one talks about anything new...Read More
