1.Decent financial growth in Increments 2.Team building activities like team outings, Festival celebrations etc.

1.Lack of latest tools and Technology usage. 2.Career growth wise it is good only if you are a Business Analyst or a Project Manager. If your role is other than the mentioned then you should stay max 2 years, there is not growth for others. 3.Lack of process following.
