The best part is the work culture & the environment. A very friendly atmosphere where learning & growing are the main focus. A lot of opportunities for domestic as well as international exposure. The product is very vast and user friendly & features new keep dropping regularly which helps to keep an edge over the industry. The people & culture here is amazing and an experience which you probably might not find anywhere else. Flexible work hours. Focus here is on the quality of work & not on completing 9 hours daily which keeps me motivated to come in to work.

Dislikes

Permanent Work from home has been cancelled. This does increase productivity & team collaboration, but for people who transit daily over long distances, can be a bit hectic

Some portfolio owners maintain very bad work pressure, they assure job insecurity if the work is not done. They assign multiple projects and ensure that people should extend their working hours. People have to work on Saturday and sunday because of timelines provided by unorganised managers. Worst behaviour with pregnant employees. Excessive micromanagement by the long timers in the orgnaisation. And constant nitpicking leads to demotivation. Even after reaping the benefits of work from home for 2 years, HR and some managers continue to harass employees for working from home. Some of the leaders here need training on how to provide feedback, appreciate good work and how to deal with senior lateral employees. Beware!
