During my tenure at Acuity Knowledge Partners, I experienced an environment rife with office politics and favoritism that severely impacted morale and productivity. The director's undue favoritism towards certain employees created a toxic atmosphere where sycophancy was rewarded over genuine merit. Those who adeptly flattered the director and aligned with her biases were granted preferential treatment, while others, regardless of their contributions, were sidelined. Additionally, the relentless pressure to bring in clients personally was both unrealistic and unfair, placing undue stress on employees without adequate support or resources. This combination of poor management, lack of transparency, and unfair practices made for an extremely challenging and unsatisfactory work experience. Even if you complain to the HR, they do nothing. This is the worst company especially rohits team. The managers are psychopaths. They have unrealistic expectations and are always irritated at u. If you wish to maintain only professional relationship with colleagues they have a problem. They are just psychopaths who expect you to have no work life balance. I do not advise to come to this company. Theres just login time but no log out time

If mediocrity is what you seek then this is the right place. Mediocre people stay here for a decade and get promoted to become managers. Technically poor, scared of losing their jobs so they will do anything that top management says. They ask you to work on weekends and crib when you need holiday. Work culture will be projected as positive and helpful, but it’s all fake.

Nothing… if you are coming from captive unit or MNC then do not join this organisation. They expect candidates to join acuity in 30 days however, their notice period is 90 days. Hypocrisy. They do not even waive off. Work culture differs team to team.
