Different policies even inside Group Companies. - Front End Business has more privilages especially Trainings, Offsites, family gatherings, Townhalls, .. which Backend Operations team/GCC is lacking!!! 6 Days week!! 7 days in every Month-end!! Even Health Insurance premium is being deducted mandatory from Salaries!!

Work culture is below average, seniors don't want to make decisions at their own. Office policies is not comfortable to employees, 6 day working. Organization culture is very bad. Too many designation in organization, verbal commitment of HR is very different than actuals.
