Management doesn't, address our issues. Salary is decent nut career growth is good. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resigh.

No management, no job security. HR having target of mass layoffs. Please do not join this company for God sake. Even chairman office is not responding well now a days. This company is driven by HR only not by professional technical staff. Please don't Join for sake of Money.
