Group policies are excellent at promoter levels, however individual biz heads sometimes appear to be biased, busy satisfying their egos.

Dislikes

The top management needs to review its procedures. There is a lot of politics, career growth is nil. The biz appears to be outsourced. It's good to acquire new businesses. In addition, I request the top management to invest time in the operation of business and the optimal use of resources to achieve the best, which otherwise is not properly utilised. I had a very close interaction with top leadership and promoters. It is professionally enriching, mutually respectable relationship and a lot of independence to perform to achieve the goal. I have a lot of respect for Adani Group and it is a wonderful place to work.
