No job security, hire 10 for 5 position and then fire 5. WFH during COVID is claimed to be 70% home and 30% office only on paper, in reality its almost reverse. Reporting structure is horrible.

Dislikes

Employees are jealous of salary if higher than them and try to showcase find silly mistakes in work. Poor communication across organization. Forget about personal life only work.

Buttering helps you to grow your career and too much politics in this company. Boss in every department is dominating culture no body listen your voice if you are in problem.
