Learning opportunities are good; company trusts the employee with many crucial and critical roles, teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Chaotic & unclear hierarchy in sales and marketing function. more individual driven & poor in processes. HR is weak. No training for new joiners / unstructured induction process. Salary is good but growth is slow. Politics and ego clashes in top management. Poor appraisal process. 0 focus on employee motivation.

Work Details

Job role is quite interesting. Exposure, responsibilities and learning are good. No formal training session at the time of joining. Learnt everything on the job. Teammates are supportive. Management guidance is poor. Low focus on employee motivation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
