No Leave Policy, at joining they will say that alternate Saturdays are off but don't expect that they will make you work on Sundays also and will not compensate leave against it. Expect 12 hrs of working and extensive traveling .

The company is so unstructured, you end up doing a lot more than your JD and get reprimanded for not doing the extra work perfectly. There’s practically no work life balance. The management have no real skills.

Initially the company’s environment was healthy but ultimately it started growing toxic.
The environment is toxic, no transparency in work and no job security. managers only highlight their work and mistreat teams. HR are puppets to the managers and they pretend to help and ultimately dont.
