There is no value for Aftersales department, there is no benifit expect salary, there is so many benifit for other departments but not in service department. No any insentive, expect salary we won't get any benefit in Aftersales department,

Appraisals are impression driven not work driven. If you have any of manager regarding anything, you can see that in your appraisals. Everything is on priority, that affects product architecture. There's always pressure from management to deliver a product without understanding the consequences. No Leave Policy, at joining they will say that alternate Saturdays are off but don't expect that they will make you work on Sundays also and will not compensate leave against it. Expect 12 hrs of working and extensive traveling .

The company is so unstructured, you end up doing a lot more than your JD and get reprimanded for not doing the extra work perfectly. There’s practically no work life balance. The management have no real skills.
