The work is interesting from a fresher's perspective. You get to have ownerships on certain products. Having a young crowd makes working at the office quite enjoyable. Great coworkers are the reason that you come to office. Company can achieve greatly in sense if it works better on its robotics department.

Appraisals are impression driven not work driven. If you have any of manager regarding anything, you can see that in your appraisals. Everything is on priority, that affects product architecture. There's always pressure from management to deliver a product without understanding the consequences. Management also don't understand howthe software lifecycle works and just expects software to fix issues though it has to be hardware....Read More

No Leave Policy, at joining they will say that alternate Saturdays are off but don't expect that they will make you work on Sundays also and will not compensate leave against it. Expect 12 hrs of working and extensive traveling .
