Work-lyf balance can go to hell for junior folks at least coz clientele sucks and the middle mgmt doesn't have the courage to advise them against a stupid ask at an odd hour. So, basically the whole purpose of being a reputation advisory firm dies and you are left to being a slave who only has to work at client's order throughout the weekends and not ask the right Qs at the right time.
